Sahara appoints construction companies to build residential blocks at Sahara City Homes Indore
Along with Gannon Dunkerly, seven other companies awarded the contract for the Indore Township
Indore, 27 th January 2009: Sahara Prime City Ltd., the real estate arm of Sahara India Pariwar has appointed Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd. along with the seven other infrastructure companies for the construction work of Sahara City Homes, Indoretownship. These companies have been selected by Sahara on the basis of their past records and quality of work. The appointed companies will construct High Rise & Mid Rise Apartments, Independent Row Houses and bungalows as per the quality norms of Sahara City Homes. The Indore project is a part of Sahara City Homes, a chain of townships being developed in 217 cities across India.
Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd. , a leading construction company in India is one of the selected companies appointed for construction of 156 High Rise residential blocks at Sahara City Homes, Indore. The contract includes structural construction of one Crown (2 bedroom/2 Bedroom+ Terrace/Penthouse units) and two Gorgeous (2 Bedroom/2 Bedroom + Study/3 Bedroom/Penthouse units) blocks. Besides, Surekha Construction Pvt. Ltd isconstructing 248 High Rise blocks in two Great, one Crown and one Gorgeous units and Abhishan Enterprises is developing 156 High Rise blocks which include two Crowns and one Gorgeous unitsH
The other five companies appointed for the development of Sahara City Homes, Indore township are Mid India Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., developing 156 units in High Rise 1 Crown and 2 Gorgeous units, Eco Build and Map Project, both constructing 18 residential blocks in one Mid Rise block each and Anish Shah Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. which is constructing 64 Independent blocks including 42 Row Houses, 14 Semi Detached Houses and 8 Bungalows. Eco Build is also constructing 16 Semi Detached Houses and Sahu Associates is developing 10 Bungalows.
On the aforesaid appointments, Mr. Suryavir Singh, official spokesperson of Sahara Prime City Ltd. said,“We are glad to announce our affiliation with different renowned Infrastructure companies. The construction work of 15 residential blocks consisting of 820 Apartments and 90 Independent Houses at 88.51 acre township of Sahara City Homes, Indore is already in progress. The construction work of Club & Community Center has already commenced.
Sahara City Homes Indore located at N.H.-3, Agra - Mumbai by-pass Road, has 2,546 residential units, ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms High Rise Apartments, Mid Rise Apartments, Independent Row Houses and Independent Bungalows. High Rise Blocks in Stilt + 9 floors will have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and Mid Rise Blocks in Stilt + 6 floors will have 3-4 bedroom duplex apartments.
