Profit sharing

In the last 36 years, not a single rupee has been declared as dividend by the group and nobody has ever had a share in the profits.

At the onset of the 25th year (1st Feb. 2002), 25% - 50% hike in Gross Salary for Sahara employees finds a mention in the Limca Book of Records. Currently, all cadres are receiving a higher remuneration compared to their counterparts in the Central Government of India, along with contributory provident fund, gratuity, pension and other benefits.
